About AD_list	English (USA)
The Oregon Athletic Director’s Association AD List is a subscription service done through email only that currently has 500+ subscribers, mostly AD's from Oregon and SW Washington. You may send open dates, coaching openings and ASEP class offerings that are then posted to the entire list on a daily basis, sometimes more frequently. Remember to include your contact information when sending a request. Openings are typically filled very quickly. There is no cost for this service. There is a filter to eliminate commercial requests to use this list and your email address will not be provided to anyone. Using AD_list
To post a message to all the list members, send email to ad_list@mailman.mesd.k12.or.us. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to AD_list
Subscribe to AD_list by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
