Estacada would like to host a boys and girls soccer jamboree on 
Saturday, Aug. 27.  We are looking at having three boys teams and three 
girls teams join us for an all day event!  If we get that, each team is 
guaranteed three games.  Total cost would be $175 per team.  Please

RE:     2017 Oregon State Championship Boys & Girls Gymnastics Meet - 
March 17-19, 2017

Peter Weber, OSAA Assistant Executive Director, has graciously provided 
me with the link to the AD List Serv website and email list. The 
Westside Gymnastics Club will be hosting the above named gymnastics meet 
and is in search of an affordable venue. Public school basketball 
gymnasiums with standard bleacher seating generally offer suitable space 
for an event of this magnitude, but we have some specific needs and 
would like to explore the possibility of hosting this event in one of 
our local public schools. Here are some specific requirements:

*Event Dates:*  Friday, March 17, 2017 to Sunday, March 19, 2017 - a 
planned teacher in-service day or development day on Friday (3/17/17) 
would offer the most flexibility

*Setup Date:*  Thursday, March 16, 2017 (preferable, but early Friday 
morning may be feasible)
*

*Tear Down Date:*  Sunday, March 19, 2017 (evening)
*
*
*Venue Preference:*  2 basketball gyms (main and auxiliary) - meet will 
consist of both boys and girls events, both which can run simultaneously 
in separate gyms
*
*
*Size:*  10k square feet/gym minimum, including standard bleacher 
seating (I am a parent at LOHS and their layout is an example of 
suitable gym layout)

*Parking:*  Need access to approximately 300 parking spaces

*Lobby Space:*  adequate lobby space to be utilized for Gymnast 
Registration, Admissions, and Vendors

*Concessions:* need access to Concessions area for Event Concessions

*Awards:*  would prefer a separate auditorium or cafeteria for 
Individual and Team Awards

*Hospitality:* need access to a large, private space (i.e. conference 
room) for Judges/Coaches Hospitality Room to accommodate 50-60 individuals

We currently have a courtesy hold on a couple of pricey venues, but 
would prefer a more affordable option as the Boys and Girls parent 
booster clubs of Westside Gymnastics are non-profit organizations and in 
charge of both of these events. We need to move forward on this 
relatively quickly. If you think you can meet the requirements listed 
above, please send me a reply. I would be happy to fill you in on more 
details.

Willamina High School has it's Head Football coaching job open. Great 
job to have at this time with a great junior class and the opening of
