On May 6th, Gladstone hosts our annual Dick Baker Invitational.  At this 
time, we would like to extend an invitation to any of your 
para-athletes.  As you might know, the OSAA has included para-athletes 
in this year's State Track Meet.  Last year the inclusion was exhibition 
only, however this year measures and guideline will be made to include 
the successes of your para-athlete in the team scoring as well.  Please

for the Oregon City High School Football program.
REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Select, supervise, and mentor assistant coaches. Establish program 
expectations and oversee a staff of assistant coaches
•Manage all aspects of the high school program, at all levels, including 
practice schedules and routines
•Determine the system of play to be used
•Develop and implement an off-season program for athletes
•Advocate for multi-sport athletes.
•Coordinate and be an integral part of the Oregon City Youth Football 
Program below the 9th grade level
•Hold all student athletes and coaching staff to high expectations and 
standards
•Excellent communication skills and provide regular communication with 
parents, families, staff, and athletic director
•Follows District standards including reporting concerns, abuse and 
infractions of student handbook policies
•Understands and complies with OCSD and OSAA policies and standards.
