Lincoln High School is hiring a *boys head golf coach* and a *girls head

Gladstone is looking for some frosh/JV2 baseball games.  Our schedule is 
wide open at this time.  We prefer some weekend double headers.

Vernonia is looking for a JV GIRLS team to come to Vernonia on Tuesday 
Feb 5^th for afternoon game.  Anyone with a 1A, 2A or 3A girls jv team 
or “C” team from an upper division school that would like to play please

*Redmond High School *is hosting a 16-team *softball *tournament on 
Monday/Tuesday, March 25/26, 2019. We have 13 teams currently and 
looking for three more. 2 games per day, 4 total games. $425.00 per 
team.  Extra games may be available on Wednesday the 27^th for those 
teams looking or one or more games.

*Current teams include:*

Redmond, Ridgeview, Sweet Home, Lincoln, Corbett, Crook County, Madras, 
Cascade, Summit, Estacada, Mt. View, Philomath, Scappoose.

*Ridgeview High School* is hosting an 8 team *JV Volleyball* tournament 
on  Saturday, 9/21/19. 5 spots remain available.

All coaching contracts are offered on a seasonal basis only.
Reapplication for coaching positions is required on an annual basis.

*_Essential Job Functions_*_:_

  * Provide a positive learning environment for the athletes.
  * Teach the skills necessary for successful performance.
  * Manage athlete behavior during training sessions, meets and events.
  * Take necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students,
    equipment, materials, and facilities.
  * Uphold and enforce school rules, administrative regulations and
    School Board Policies.
  * Attend all meets and events scheduled for the sport.
  * Set a positive role model for students.
  * Attend coaches’ meetings.

*_Qualifications_*:
Experience with students and the sport/activity.  Certification through 
the NFHS Coaches Certification Program (ASEP) is required of all coaches 
at the beginning of their coaching assignment, prior to the start of the 
season.  First Aid Certification, Bloodborne Pathogen and Coaches 
Certification training are required and can be obtained through the 
district.
