Camas High School is in need of Freshman baseball dates. Many dates open 
to make games work. Willing to play small school JV teams also.

Camas High School looking for one more Freshman/C baseball team to 
attend tournament at Camas High School on Saturday April 13^th . Two 
scheduled game guarantee with game times at Noon and 2:00pm. Five 
schools already on the schedule and looking for one more.

2018-19 PANTHER WEIGHTLIFTING COMPETITION

Date:March 9th

Time:Late Weigh-ins 8am-9am on site

Competition 9am-done (est 1pm)

Location:Central HS, Independence Oregon

Admission:$3 For Adults, $1 for students

Divisions:Boys 9/10, Boys 11/12, Girls 9-12

Weight Classes:Boys 114, 124,133, 148,165,182,198, 220, 242, 275, 275+

Girls 97, 106, 115, 124, 133, 148, 165, 182, 198, 198+

Awards:Plaque to overall team champions (all 3 divisions combined)  and

division champions.

T-Shirts to weight class winners. Medals 1st-3rd, Ribbons 4-8th.

Cost:$200 Per School-Must be weighed in and submitted by 8pm March 8th 
through your schools Teacher/Coach/Administrator

$20  for Individual-May register and weigh-in on site at 8am that 
morning.  - Individuals must present school ID at registration.

Formatt:Each lifter will get 3 attempts each in Bench Press, Squat, and 
Power/Hang Clean. The highest weight completed from each lift will be 
added together to determine weight class winners.

Please email in response if your school may be interested.  I will send 
more details as the date approaches. Also feel free to pass this 
information on to anyone else who may be interested.

Horizon Christian (Tualatin) and Westside Christian (Tigard) are teaming 
up to host a Boys High school summer league during the month of June.  
Games will be scheduled for Tuesday/ Thursday and possibly Saturdays, at
