the Head Girls Soccer Coach and Head Girls Basketball Coach positions on 
our team at Ridgeview High School. Ridgeview High School is one of 
Redmond's two comprehensive high schools. This is an excellent 
opportunity to join a high-performing team that supports the efforts of 
making success possible for all Redmond students. Redmond serves more 
than 7,000 students from Redmond, Alfalfa, Crooked River Ranch, Eagle 
Crest, Terrebonne and Tumalo. The District currently operates one Early

  * High ethical and professional standards.
  * Must have knowledge of a variety of offensive and defensive
    techniques and strategies.
  * Must have knowledge of team dynamics at the high school level.
  * Must have a plan to create a productive relationship with youth
    sports organization.
  * Be relationship/process oriented
  * Establish a relationship with the community support groups.
  * Be an appropriate role model for high school-student athletics.
  * Must have the ability to work in a cooperative and harmonious manner
    to be part of a school-wide athletic program.
  * Develop and implement an off-season conditioning program.
  * Must be creative and involved in fundraising programs.
  * Communicate effectively with ALL stakeholders

2. First Aid / CPR Card

3. District Background check

4. Completion of OSAA Concussion Test

5. Completion of OSAA Steroid Test

7. Completion of School District and OSAA paperwork
