*Some key elements of the job description for a Varsity Head Coach are:*

  * High ethical and professional standards.
  * Must have knowledge of a variety of offensive and defensive
    techniques and strategies.
  * Must have knowledge of team dynamics at the high school level.
  * Must have a plan to create a productive relationship with youth
    sports organization.
  * Be relationship/process oriented
  * Establish a relationship with the community support groups.
  * Be an appropriate role model for high school-student athletics.
  * Must have the ability to work in a cooperative and harmonious manner
    to be part of a school-wide athletic program.
  * Develop and implement an off-season conditioning program.
  * Must be creative and involved in fundraising programs.
  * Communicate effectively with ALL stakeholders

Boys and Girls Jv Soccer the week of October14th Away

10-21-19 Frosh/Soph Football game Home or Away

2 teams Boys and Girls jv/v for a tournament 1-3-20 and 1-4-20

Wrestling teams  for a 4-way dual on 2-8-20.
We will also run jv tournament.

Benson Boys’ Basketball is looking to host a Winter Boys’ Basketball 
Tournament( Var and JV) at Benson High School (Portland, Oregon) Jan 
2-4, 2019.

Cost: TBD

8-Team, 3-game tournament.

We are looking at 5 teams from 5-6A, or a really strong 4A program.
