Hockinson High School needs a football game for week 7.  October 18th to 
be exact.   We are located near Camas/ East of Vancouver. We are one of 
the smallest 2A schools in Washington but we are the 2-time defending 
state champions.  In other words we are small but talented.   We went 
without a week 7 last year but hope to complete on schedule.   Contact

Position:*  PHS Head Boys Wrestling Coach*

PHS wrestling has had much success over the history of the program. New 
weight-room along with their own wrestling building with three mats and 
extra area for workouts. A successful kids club and Middle school 
wrestling program that also practices at PHS. Lots of community support. 
Looking for a coach who can build on tradition.

*To perform this job successfully, an individual must have:*

  * High ethical and professional standards.
  * Must have knowledge of a variety of techniques and strategies to
    teach and coach Wrestling.
  * Must have knowledge of team dynamics at the high school level.
  * Must have a plan to create a productive relationship with youth
    sports organization.
  * Establish a relationship with the community support groups.
  * Be an appropriate role model for high school-student athletics.
  * Must have the ability to work in a cooperative and harmonious manner
    to be part of a school-wide athletic program.
  * Develop and implement an off-season conditioning program and summer
    workouts.
  * Must be creative and involved in fundraising programs.

  * Proven experience coaching Wrestling and/or wrestling at a high
    level and demonstrate the ability to coach all levels of high school
    athletes.
  * Working knowledge of high school wrestling operations.
  * Strong commitment to  the academic growth and character of the
    student athlete.
  * Demonstrates good communication and organizational skills.

*_All new hired coaches will need to complete the following prior to 
employment:_*

 1. NFHS Certification
 2. First Aid Card  (CPR and AED trained)
 3. District Fingerprinting/Criminal check
 4. Pre-employment Drug Screen
 5. Completion of OSAA Concussion Test
 6. Completion of OSAA Steroid Test
 7. Completion of School District and OSAA paperwork.
