I suppose my questions are:
Has anyone, AD or Principal or other gone through a gym build where 
there were opportunities to procure needed items for the gym, i.e. 
scoreboards, sound system, bleachers and possibly etc. Again our budget 
is tight, and because we are a private school, funds either come in 
through generous donations, parents, some businesses may donate, but 
what options are out there to inquire about for these type of items. 
Will any larger companies donate towards a project like this if they 
knew their brand was on the scoreboard? Are there grant options out 
there that others have used, etc.?

I know these items are and can be built into the budget, but if there 
are other means out there what might they be? So how can I get the word 
out to fellow administrators concerning these questions? I would be 
happy to field any and all calls or emails from those willing to give 
some helpful advice or hints.

Because I have never posted anything to go into Listserve is this 
appropriate or can you reword it or simply ask for administrators to 
call me if they have suggestions? Please let me know.
