Santiam Christian Schools seeks qualified individuals to serve in the 
below head coaching positions.

JV volleyball

JV girls basketball

Junior high football

Junior high volleyball

Junior high basketball

  A successful candidate will possess the following qualities:

QUALIFICATIONS:

·Hold NFHS Concussion Certification and First Aid/CPR

·Strong leadership and communication skills

·Maintain a high level of ethical behavior

·Previous coaching experience preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Assist the Head High School Coach in directing and overseeing the 
development of a successful program

·Assists with the organization of practices and the instruction of 
athletes in the fundamentals.

·Developing leadership skills, positive self-image and pride in athletes

·Fostering good working relationships with parents, students, teaching 
staff, and other coaches

Because Santiam Christian High School is a Christian school, employment 
requires a Christian commitment and lifestyle consistent with the 
school's mission and doctrinal statement of faith.
