Var/JV linebackers and Frosh Defensive Coordinator

Please send me a copy of your resume and describe how you would fit with 
our beliefs of helping our kids succeed with positive coaching 
techniques. We currently have a great dynamic coaching staff in its 
first year together that has similar beliefs and we would like to add

*Last year 97% of the participants wrestled 4 or more matches.*

*_Format:_*      The goal of this tournament is to get kids as many 
matches as possible up to their 5 match limit.  We use a number of 
different Scramble format brackets to best accommodate the 5 match 
goal.  This is a great tournament for teams of any size.

*Committed teams so far*: (Junction City, Santiam 2A, Lakeridge, 
Gladstone, Sisters, North Eugene, Corvallis, North Douglas, Pleasant Hill)
